- Before you fall into bed, it is essential that you read the page on this website about Formal Mindfulness Practice, so that you can decide when you are going to listen to the body scan mindfulness practice every day. You may want to do so every day before breakfast, which means you will have to get up 30 minutes earlier tomorrow.

- Tomorrow is going to be a day to remember! In the morning, you will be walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostella. In the afternoon we usually do an equine-guided meditation. You can find out more about Equine-guided Meditation by clicking on the link. If you have never meditated before, you will find the short e-book, “Guide to Meditation,” very useful. You can view and download it from our Resources page. Tomorrow afternoon’s meditation is not guided, so it is important that you have a look at the “What is Equine-guided Meditation?” web page and the “Guide to Meditation” e-book either this evening or tomorrow after lunch.
